Working principle of the equipment
1. Power design principle of the equipment:
The conveying motor is 0.2KW. Through the reducer, it drives the chain to bring the can to the bottom of the turntable entrance. The turntable motor is 0.2KW, which brings the can to the station of the expansion mold. The expansion mold pushes the mold up and down through the expansion cylinder to complete the expansion process of a can. Then the cylinder resets and pulls the mold back to complete the expansion process.
2. Equipment expansion design principle:
The equipment adopts the principle of the expansion mold up and down movement, and uses the steps of the mold and the can mouth to expand, so as to achieve the effect of can expansion.

1. Suitable for flanging of various paper can , the paper can is more stable when sealing after flanging, with lower loss rate. After expanding the mouth, clean the inside of the paper can to ensure its cleanliness and hygiene,and meet the requirements of food packaging.
